Church Directory Update Request

 
Please help us keep our records up to date. If you have any contact or personal information changes or do not currently have a page in the church directory, please fill in ALL the fields below and click the Submit button to have your church directory information updated in January, 2009. Update requests must be received by October 15, 2008. Enter all names that you would like to appear on your directory page. If you would like to have a photo taken for the directory or would like to update your current photo, please check the box for Photo. An annoucement will be made in church when photos will be taken. Include your email address in case there are any questions and we need to reach you. Please be assured your email address will not be listed in the directory nor shared with anyone.
