Youth Activities
The Youth Group of FCC-Elgin has been an integral part of the church for many years. Serving the unique spiritual and social needs of young people ages 12-18 is always a challenge and FCC is committed to providing leadership and opportunities for this age group.
There are some very exciting events coming up so please read carefully and get involved! This is your youth group, so come and be a part of it!

Mission Trip Soup Luncheon
Who has the perfect soup recipe? The Mission Trip Soup Luncheon is planned for December 7th, and we need people to bring soups, and also to help set-up, serve and tear-down. The set-up will begin at 9:00am, and tear-down should be done by 2pm. The luncheon will cost $5 a person. Please let me know if you are able to bring soup so we can plan, and also we are looking forward to seeing everyone help out with this great event.
Christmas Shopping for the Mitten Tree
Attention all 7th graders and up, as soon as the Mission Trip Soup Luncheon is over, it is time again for our annual shopping trip to support the Mitten Tree. We will be leaving the church at 2pm and head to Springhill Mall to shop for items from the Mitten Tree. We should be home by 4pm, and everyone should plan on bringing $10 for the shopping items. If you have any questions, please let me know.
